The Glen of Imaal Terrier is a medium sized working terrier dog which originates from Wicklow in Ireland. In the UK Kennel club it is classified in the 'Terrier' dog group.
The dog is a working dog and this can be seen in its temprement. They are usally quite docile, but have been known to be aggressive when provoked.
